Rep handles all the Lounge functions and coordinates with Operations for supplies that they don't want to rent use for the Replicators for. N.C.C. also hired a cargo bay to use as they see fit, they grow stuff and store supplies they brought aboard prior to departure there. Only authorized personnel may enter that cargo bay. The Rep is also on the Merchant Marine and Colonial Administration Council as N.C.C. has assets in the civilian fleet. Nebula Coffee Co. Lounge Manager Responsible for organising the civilian staff that work throughout the ship and catering during any diplomatic functions that may be held onboard. Nebula Coffee Co.
